Я тут подумал, а можбыть Вы все песни так хорошо переведете как Come Undone, да на сайте Ваши творения поместим в разделе 'Лирика'? (ну кроме, конечно, инструментальных композиций - их переводить не нужно) :hehe:

Я тут за очередным советом. Начала я переводить Out of my mind.
Какие версии по поводу фразы: 'The fingers in my brain Ever gentle as it kills me where I lay'
Вроде все понятно, а как на русском сказать? Вот в чем вопрос.

А теперь очередной прикол от наших заокеанских коллег-фанатов. Называется 'Почему Саймон не пишет тексты'.

Why Simon Hasn’t Written Lyrics...

1. Forgot which end of pen to use.
2. Pen ran out of ink.
3. Pencil point broke.
4. Afraid of paper cuts.
5. Yasmin keeps distracting him.
6. He keeps distracting Yasmin.
7. Babysitting.
8. Needs to try on his daughter’s clothes for an upcoming photo shoot.
9. Counting hair loss.
10. Jealous of JT’s singing and is worried he may lose his “day” job.
11. Has abbnesya and can’t remember how to spell.
12. Caffeine overdose and hands won’t stop shaking.
13. Attacked by fan wanting to touch collarbones -- in hospital for broken
bones suffered while trying to get away.
14. Stopped to smell the pretty flowers, is now having allergy attack.
15. Saw himself in mirror, has not been able to pull himself away yet.
16. While trying to run from overanxious fans, tripped over own feet. Arms
in cast and can’t write.
17. Got lost going to studio -- still wandering the streets of London. Last
seen at Picidilly Circus.
18. Decided to help with the laundry, facinated by spin cycle.
19. Blinded himself photocopying face for Katy (thought she missed him).
20. Tongue got stuck in photocopier, waiting for repair man to show up.
21. Can’t sit still long enough to write.
22. Fasicinated by pencil point, staring at end trying to figure out its
molecular make-up.
23. Learning sign language and wants to sign new lyrics instead of writing
them down.
24. Wants to try a massive mind reading experiment and feels we should all be
able to read his mind instead of him having to tell us the lyrics.
25. Has actually written lyrics, but handwriting is so poor, he can’t read
what he wrote.
26. Trying to teach Talullah how to write and dictated lyrics to her (see
#25).
27. He gets lonely writing in solitude -- ends up touching himself.
28. He gets distracted writing around people -- ends up touching them.
29. Tried to get inspired by ocean, water got paper soggy when he fell in.
Lyrics he had managed to write were smudged.
30. Can’t decide if he should write in blue or black or red or green or
purple.
31. Can’t decide if he should use pencil, ink or blood.
32. Can’t decide whose blood he should use (Warren’s, Nick’s, John’s...)
33. Read UMF and is now contimplating the benefits and drawbacks of being a
vampire.
34. Read DUCK! and still can’t figure out what the joke is.
35. Arranging and naming all the duckies he’s received from around the world
in alphabetical order by middle name and country.
36. Listened to the Doors too many times and went wandering in the desert.
Made friends with an iguana and was last seen roaming Picidilly Circus with an
iguana on a leash, having a converstion about the molecular structure of lead.
37. Been trying to make a son with Yasmin.

41. Can’t figure out who this imposter Pet Simon is and is afraid he might be
him.
42. The boys finally got sick of waiting around for him, tried tieing him
down and did such a good job, they forgot to leave his hands free to hold a
pen.
43. Was inspired by a dog cleaning himself and wanted to see if he could
clean himself in the same manner. Complications arose when he couldn’t reach
his balls and gave himself a consussion while trying.

45. Passed out from constricted blood to brain due to fashion tee shirt
choking him.
46. Misunderstood which year Capitol told them they were allowed to release
and is waiting for the year 2096.
47. Is lurking on the Tiger List and can not figure out how to get off.
48. Decided to write own thesis on Duran Duran and is stuck for a topic.
49. Trying to convince the rest of the band to go rap.
50. Amber and Saffron were playing Cowboys and Indians and tied up Daddy.
Then Yasmin told them they had to take a nap. After waking they decided to
play with their Barbie’s and can’t hear Daddy screaming because he’s gagged.

52. Was found, untied and ungagged. Can’t write because he was turning blue.
53. Tried to analyze his own writing and scared himself.
54. Decided to become a photographer instead.
55. Drank too much coffee and keeps having to run to the bathroom.
56. Wanted to see if he could really watch the grass grow. Mailman thinks
they have a new lawn sculpture.
57. Thinks he was invaded by Jim Morrison’s ghost and is afraid he may be
dead if he is Jim Morrison.
58. While trying to redeocrate the house, he got tangled up in the wall paper
and Yasmin can’t figure out which panel he’s under.
59. Figured out that Highland to La Brea is only one block and is also trying
to figure out what the big deal is.

61. (this one was really good, but we had to censor it. sorry).
62. Kidnapped by crazed Dutch fans wanting a rescheduling of the Roderdam
show.
63. Passed out when iguana answered him in Jim Morrison’s voice and told him
the molecular structure of lead.
64. Got a hang nail and it huuuuuuuuurrrrts!

66. Gave himself a headache by burning too much incense.
67. Showing Amber how to ride a bike -- with training wheels -- and crashed
into the garden gate.

69. And Simon’s own reason (from the Duran Duran information hotline): “I’ve
been taking a while to write the lyrics because it’s gotta be good and it’s got to mean something to me. And you can’t just sit down and think to yourself ‘I’m gonna write the whole album today.’ So, I do my stuff. It takes a while.”
